Child Care Voucher Utilization for Children Under 5

Families eligible for vouchers are either receiving Cash Assistance from the Human Resources Administration (HRA) or have an ACS-issued voucher. Vouchers act like an electronic coupon that a family can take to any child care provider they choose: center-based, licensed family child care, or unlicensed informal care (family, friend or neighbor).
