Subsidized care for all children includes contracted subsidized EarlyLearn and NYC Head Start (during 2019/2020 transitioned from the Administration for Children’s Services to the Department of Education); vouchers from Human Resources Administration (HRA) and Administration for Children’s Services (ACS).
