Timeliness of Service Receipt Within 30 Days of the IFSP Meeting

The number of children with Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) who were, during the reporting period, receiving the early intervention authorized services (in full, in part or none) as recommended in their IFSPs within 30 days of the meeting. IFSP is a written plan that identifies the Early Intervention services a baby or young child with development delays and disabilities will receive.
