Residential Evictions

Eviction data is compiled from the majority of New York City Marshals. Figures at the borough and citywide level may exceed zip code totals in cases where the eviction was reported outside a standard NYC zip code. The rate refers to the number of residential evictions per 1,000 occupied rental units in each geography.
