Maintenance Deficiencies

The percent of households that reported three or more maintenance deficiencies. Maintenance deficiencies can include some of the following: broken plaster/peeling paint, cracks/holes in the walls, ceilings or floors, rodent infestation, heating equipment breakdown, additional heating required, toilet breakdowns, and water leakage into the unit. Rental housing includes public housing units.
